壹、理念 Objectives
一、落實適性教育,實現帶好每個孩子的教育理念。

二、推動多元發展,培養身心健全且具競爭力的世界公民。
Execute multi- development to cultivate global citizens with sound mind and body.

貳、策略 Strategies
一、發展全人教育:培養學生成為人文與科技兼備的現代公民。
Develop whole-person education:cultivate modern citizens with humanistic and technological literacy.
二、營造英語環境:呼應知識經濟時代潮流與需求,全面提昇國際語言能力,提高對外競爭力。
Creating English Environment : Upgrading language ability and competence on responses to the trend and need the era of knowledge economy.
三、規劃多元課程:開設學術與技藝課程,培養學生生活知識與技能。
To design the multi-curriculum : to establish academic and craft courses , developing students’ living knowledge and skills.
四、成立專業社群:透過專業對話與經驗分享,激勵教師自主成長,提升教學績效。
To establish professional clubs : to stimulate teachers’ growth and promote teaching efficiency through professional discussion and experience sharing.
五、辦理多元研習:辦理各項研習進修活動,促進教師身、心、靈的發展,提升教師專業知能。
Cond uct diverse learning programs : to conduct various kinds of learning programs in order –to improve the development of teachers' body, mind and spirit. – to boost teachers' professional abilities.
六、暢通升學管道:順應多元入學機制,擬定有效升學策略,協助學生達成升學目標。
Provide access to higher education : draw up effective strategies to assist students to achieve their goals to enter good schools.
七、獎勵教學成果:獎勵表現績優師生,促進楷模學習,提升學校整體效能。
