一、發展全人教育：培養學生成為人文與科技兼備的現代公民。

二、營造英語環境：呼應知識經濟時代潮流與需求，全面提昇國際語言能力，提高對外競爭力。
Creating English Environment : Upgrading language ability and competence on responses to the trend and need the era of knowledge economy.
三、規劃多元課程：開設學術與技藝課程，培養學生生活知識與技能。
To design the multi-curriculum : to establish academic and craft courses , developing students’ living knowledge and skills.
四、成立專業社群：透過專業對話與經驗分享，激勵教師自主成長，提升教學績效。
To establish professional clubs : to stimulate teachers’ growth and promote teaching efficiency through professional discussion and experience sharing.
五、辦理多元研習：辦理各項研習進修活動，促進教師身、心、靈的發展，提升教師專業知能。

六、暢通升學管道：順應多元入學機制，擬定有效升學策略，協助學生達成升學目標。

七、獎勵教學成果：獎勵表現績優師生，促進楷模學習，提升學校整體效能。
